Apna Sajawat is a platform that connects customers with event decoration and service vendors. We facilitate the booking process but are not responsible for the actual execution of services by third-party vendors.

3. Booking and Payments

• A booking is considered "Pending" until the payment screenshot is verified by our team.
• Advance payments (typically 10%) are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event date.
• Full payment must be settled as per the agreement with the assigned vendor.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information regarding event dates, locations, and contact details. Any delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user are not the responsibility of Apna Sajawat.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors registered on our platform agree to provide services as described in their packages. Vendors must maintain professional conduct and adhere to the agreed-upon timelines.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested through the user dashboard or by contacting support. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific package terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apna Sajawat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or the performance of vendors.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.
